Bill Becker, Founder, President & CEO
Bill brings a wealth of expertise in business law and development, with a proven track record of scaling and growing businesses globally through strategic partnership building. Some of this businesses include EDS and Westin Hotels and Resorts. Known for his compassionate approach as a connector and strategist, Bill is dedicated to driving impactful growth as AAS’s CEO.

Natalie Herrera, Co-Founder, Chief Design Officer
Focused on marketing strategy, brand development, creative strategy, and digital design through UX applications, Natalie is passionate about sustainable outcomes, social enterprise models working at the intersection of for-profit businesses and socially responsible practices. Natalie specializes in accessible and inclusive product and web design.

Tilly Griffiths, Communications, PR & Storytelling
Tilly blends storytelling, brand strategy, and digital communications to amplify social impact and transform the status quo. With degrees in Communication and Political Science from Stanford University and a background in journalism, disability advocacy, and corporate social responsibility, she brings a creative and intentional approach to messaging for mission-driven organizations. As the communications strategist for All Abilities Solutions, Tilly is focused on building a compelling brand narrative and driving growth through authentic, inclusive storytelling.

Robert Gilliam, Founding Engineer
Robert is a software engineer, social entrepreneur, and multimedia artist with over a decade of experience building feature-rich web applications. As a nonprofit leader and AI startup founder, Robert specializes in creating tech tools for social good - empowering individuals, nonprofits, and charities.

Tingyu Zhang, AI/ML Founding Engineer
Tingyu (Robert) Zhang is an AI/ML Engineer at All Abilities Solutions, specializing in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI-driven workforce solutions. With a Master’s in Computer Engineering from USC and a background in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, he has built AI-powered applications in conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and scalable data systems.

At All Abilities Solutions, Robert leverages his expertise in AI safety, accessibility, and adaptive learning to develop intelligent, inclusive solutions that enhance workforce engagement and productivity.

Gene Boes, Advisor
CEO and President of Northwest Center, Previously, Boes was a management consultant serving as Principal for the Seattle office of the North Highland Company. In addition to his consulting duties, Gene also served as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle Pacific University and Seattle University, and is a Mentor for the Albers School of Business. Prior to joining North Highland, he was Managing Director at Loft9 Consulting, a Bellevue-based Management Consulting Firm. His career also includes nearly 14 years at Microsoft, two years with Deloitte Consulting, and nine years serving as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy.

Jonathan Heuer, Advisor
With a background in program and product management as well as production, Jonathan brings a blend of strong account management, business strategy, and technical skills to the table. Passionate about building communities through mentorship, he is dedicated to creating inclusive and impactful solutions.

We are partnered with Northwest Center, a nonprofit founded in 1965 by a group of Seattle moms determined to change the laws that barred their children with disabilities from school.

Today, Northwest Center is building a disability-inclusive world for schools, businesses, and people throughout their lives. They are removing barriers to disability inclusion and supporting companies implement anti-ableist practices.

Partnership forms with Northwest Center

Before AAS was established, our founders made an organic relationship with Northwest Center’s leadership. Advising, learning, and understanding the industry of workplace disability inclusion and accessibility across direct job and career coaching, and support services for adults and children with disabilities.

2023

Using technology to scale service offering

AAS is established and a business partnership with Northwest Center is solidified to leverage proven human driven approaches to inclusive workplace experiences with new software technology with plans to scale. Plans to develop products and services for employees with disabilities, adapting principles of universal design and incorporating AI to create solutions that will benefit everyone.
